1.2. Cancellation by OSR Web Services: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend our services to any client in the event of a breach of our Terms and Conditions or for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide written notice of the cancellation or suspension.
Refund Policy
2.1. Refunds for Cancelled Services by the Client:
2.1.1. Refunds for One-Time Services: For one-time services, if the client cancels before the commencement of the service, we will provide a full refund.
2.1.2. Refunds for Ongoing Services: For ongoing services with a subscription or contract, if the client cancels within 7 days from the start of the service, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service.
2.2. Refunds for Cancelled Services by OSR Web Services: In the rare event that OSR Web Services cancels a service without cause, we will provide a full refund for any unused portion of the service.
Non-Refundable Services
3.1. Domain Name Registrations: Domain name registration fees are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.
3.2. Third-Party Services: Fees paid for third-party services, such as domain name registrations, SSL certificates, or hosting services, are non-refundable.
Refund Process

4.2. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of the refund request. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
